01 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Drummys online gaming platform and all its services. By visiting the website, creating an account, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

To create an account on Drummys, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

03 Age Verification & KYC

Drummys is an 18+ platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Drummys may request the following documents for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time:

• A clear photo of your National ID (NID) or passport
• Recent bank statement or utility bill (for address verification)
• Proof of payment method ownership
• Selfie photo or video verification (if required)

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

06 Gaming Rules

• Each game's rules and RTP (Return to Player) are displayed openly for all players
• Games interrupted due to network issues will be settled according to system logs
• If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, Drummys reserves the right to correct it
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Drummys platform and may result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

10 Limitation of Liability

Drummys is not liable for the following:

• If loss or damage occurs due to an issue with your device or software
• If delays occur due to third-party payment processors
• In the event of temporary disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues
